d Group: Forum Members Posts: 2, Visits: 0	Hello, I'm currently testing SkyDemon and I wanted to install it on my PC under windows 11. The installation process seems to run normally but the first time I launch the app, it says that it cannot find the folder under c;\users\xxx\Documents\SkyDemon. I've tried to create the folder and all necessary folders by hand (no rights issues) and when I try to download a chart, it says that it does not have the rights to save it. I have full admin rights on my system. Thanks for your help

Group: Forum Members Posts: 8.1K, Visits: 9.5K	SkyDemon is perfectly compatible with Windows 11 and the vast majority of our Windows users are in fact on Windows 11. If you contact customer support, they may be able to advise on what type of "protection" you may be running that stops apps from creating folders and files under your Documents folder.
